An Email Meditation Session offers a display of automatic writing which is also called psychography. This practice is for those with a true connection to Spirit allowing one to produce written messages, validation, descriptions of people, places, animals ect. and insight into the past, present and future without conscious awareness. Practitioners engage in automatic writing by holding a writing instrument and allowing Spirit to aid in communication through writing or typing.. With an email session I connect to your spirit guides through meditation in order to receive messages for you.
